Return & Refund Policy

Because our chocolates are perishable food items, we follow strict food safety and quality standards. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of chocolate products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have been delivered. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and freshness of all products we sell.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • You must provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Melted Chocolate

Chocolate is sensitive to heat. We take precautions with packaging, but once an order has been delivered, we cannot be responsible for melting due to weather conditions or unattended packages. We strongly recommend selecting expedited shipping during warm months and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production or shipping has not yet begun. Once an order is in production or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
